Talk about reflecting back to the days of Ren & Stimpy with this character. Funny how there's so many superheroes who have some affiliation with atomic energy, whether the cause of their powers, or the manifestation of such powers. But he's still no Super Bull. That sexy bovine has a #1 fan already who loves him. :P
